Under1Roof was born from a conversation between a local artist and a real estate agent who were, frankly, tired. Tired of sterile open houses. Tired of art shows that felt like afterthoughts. Each pop-up is designed around the community, powered by the local businesses that make a neighborhood worth moving into.
